Important Notice
Agencies will need to upgrade their STAC 2 to the latest version, 2.91.0, prior to upgrading STAC 3 to RC-6.1 version.
Issues fixed
- [#2719] Fixed Scoresheet issue with the Offense Sentence in Years calculation that was not considering the Lowest Sentence in Years in Felony Offenses.

- Be aware, that STAC will not auto fix any scoresheet that was already saved. To fix the sentence in year values, the user will be require to open it and save again.
- [#2751] Fixed validation in the New Case Wizard and Reopen Wizard that was requiring the Offense End Date when the Offense Address is entered.
- [#2755] Fixed issue in the Consolidation Wizards that was not allowing the user to save it because the Save button was disable.
