Agencies will need to upgrade their STAC 2 to the latest version, 2.89.2prior to upgrading STAC 3 to RC-4.2 version.

Issues fixed

  1. [#2048] Fixed issue that was failing to preview the document after the document is merged when the document is configured to send an email.
  2. [#2071] Fixed issue that was disabling the Approve/Submit button in the Pending Document when the user does not have full rights in the document category of the selected document.
    1. This issue was also impacting STAC 2 and giving an "Insufficient rights" error.
  3. Improved the Distributed Caching system to optimized STAC 3.
