How to Undo a case consolidation?
Why undo a case consolidation?
The purpose of the undo consolidation is to correct a consolidation that may have been entered incorrectly. The goal is to completely separate the cases and for them to appear as they did before the consolidation occurred.
Once consolidated cases have been undone, users will need to refresh their screen and each individual case that was a part of the consolidated cases will have returned to their original case number and have only the original relationships and charges. These cases will also have any information that was added to that specific case during the time that it was consolidated.
When undoing or splitting consolidated cases, ALL the cases get separated. There is not a way to only remove one case from consolidated cases.
