How to delete one or more cases?
To delete a case, simply select one or more cases from the case list and right click anywhere on the Case List. This will open the right click menu and the user can select Delete.

Users can select one or more cases to be deleted at once. Once this option is selected the system opens a screen where users are required to type a reason for deleting the case and they also need to type the word YES in a box. This is a safety mechanism to prevent users from deleting a case by mistake.
When selecting multiple cases to be deleted at one time, STAC will show that this is a group action, and the cases will be scheduled to be deleted. This is so when users are deleting multiple cases, it will not affect the performance/speed for the entire office.
There is a security entry that allows configuring who has access to delete cases.
