Users will then go through the Wizard adding the Reopen date and Reason. Then, they have the option to add an Event, Add or edit the relationships, and edit or delete the charges.

If the user is reopening multiple cases, they will only be able to add the Reopen information and any addition Event. They will not be able to review the relationships or charges.
An Event will be automatically added to the case when the Case is reopened, the Event is defined in the Configurations.
If reopening a case as VOP or VOCC, users can not edit the charges, the charges come from what is defined in the configurations.
Reopen multiple cases at the same time
If the users have multiple cases selected, then they can reopen the Cases in Bulk but the only screens they can edit is the Detail and the Events.
