How to filter case list by status?
The Case filter allows users to dynamically filter their list of cases using a combination of Case and User Status.
Using the filter does not perform a new search. The filter limits the records that a user already retrieved.
To filter records, use the Incident Search Results tool bar. The toolbar can filter cases based on case status, the user status, or a combination between the case and user status defined by the Agency.
The filter for Open cases includes cases that are inactive. Users will need to use the combination search to further filter for Open/Open cases.
How does a user know the records are being filtered?
Users will know the Case list is being filtered because the icon on the top right will be blue. Users can select that icon to clear all filters and see the original Case list.
