How to concatenate multiple PDFs into one single PDF?

Introduction

If users need to create one single PDF document made of multiple files either to E-file or print, users can use the Concatenate into Single PDF option in the Image tab.

This new option will concatenate multiple documents into a single PDF and allow the users to sort the order of the documents before saving. The user will also add an Image type and Image subtype to define this new concatenated record.

All the subsequent processes that STAC has when adding a new image will apply for the new concatenated image, such as Triggers process, Image Review, Workflow, Sub Type validations, etc.

How to concatenate multiple PDFs into one PDF?

  • Multi-select the PDFs in the image tab (Only local files are able to be concatenated)
  • Right click > PDF Services > Concatenate into Single PDF
  • Sort the files in the desired order using the arrows on the screen
  • Add an Image Type/Sub type
  • Save
InfoOnce the user saves, the PDF will be a new Image on the Image tab, defined by the image type/sub type selected when concatenating the files.
