What is the Image Search?

The image search is a tool used to easily search for images in any case. This is useful when users are searching for an image but are not sure what case the image was related to. 

Users can use one or many filters to find the records. If too many records are found, add another filter to narrow down the search results.

Users can search by:

  1. Image Date
  2. Image Type
  3. Image Sub Type
  4. Date Created
  5. User Created
  6. Name on Image record
  7. Case Type
  8. Location
  9. County
  10. Content
Users can use any of the filters to search for a record. Once the record is found users have a few options available to use on that record.

Options:

Through the right click menu users have a few options that are available.
  1. Copy Images
  2. Email Images
  3. Open a preview of the image
  4. Open image in a new tab
  5. Download record
  6. Print
  7. Export to excel
