How to know what Cases were viewed by users?
What is the Cases viewed by user Search?
The Viewed Cases by User screen displays a list of cases that a specific user has recently accessed. This helps users quickly return to previously viewed cases without performing a new search.
Each entry in the list includes a hyperlink that allows users to easily open the case directly from the list.
To access this search, go to: Search > Cases viewed by user
How to use
Users are able to choose which users case list they wish to view. By default, STAC will show the case list of the user that is currently logged in.
Users can easily access the cases by selecting the hyperlink of the case number in the Detail section.
Why use the Cases viewed by user search?
- Users can revisit cases they worked on recently.
- Admins can verify case access activity for support or audit purposes.
