What is the Directory Communication tab?
The Directory Communication tab is a place for users to be able to view all of the communication for a directory throughout all of their cases in STAC. If the user is in multiple cases, the Directory communication will show all emails, text messages, voice messages, forms, files shared via CIP Portal, etc. that has been sent to this directory in all of their cases.
This tab is view only!
How can I view the Message in the Communication Tab?
To view the message related to an email, text message, voice message, etc. Users can select the Message header on the Detail section on the left of the screen.
