Agencies will need to upgrade their STAC 2 to the latest version, 2.89.0, prior to upgrading STAC 3 to RC-4 version.

Do NOT upgrade STAC 2 without upgrading STAC 3.

Case

1. Added the option to Complete an Investigation.

Merge

1. [#1270] Fixed issue with hyperlink when a URL text is merged to a document.
2. [#1451] Fixed font inconsistency when merging document template with statute templates.
   
3. [#1732] Improved merge to not pre-select the first value/option in the variables steps.

Note

1. Added a visual indication that action button (Bold, Italic, etc..) are in use in the string selected.
2. Added to remove the highlight color (No Color) in a text.

Searches

1. [#1793] Fixed Date search field in the Search screens that have a thru date range are not showing the records for a single date.
   
2. Improved the Request Search to auto search once it is opened.
   
3. Improved the Statute Search by adding Variable List section.
   
4. Improved the Cases Viewed by User by adding a Date Viewed search filter, to not allow non-administrator users to see someone else viewed cases and an option to open selected cases in a new tab.
5. Added the Investigation Search.

UI

1. [#1646] Fixed multiple columns sorting issue that was not working properly when sorting with a Date/Datetime column.
   
2. [#1685] Fixed the Focus on the Add Case Wizard Supplement screen and Charge Screen to start on the first field.
   
3. [#1725] Fixed issue with the dropdowns in Firefox browser.
4. Improved the columns to also wrap content in fields with card hyperlink.
   
5. Improved dropdowns that users are able to select multiple usernames or codes to be more efficient.

Wizards

1. [#1703] Fixed issue in the Disposition Wizard that was requiring events that have been customized in the STAC 2 screen.
2. Fixed issue in the Reopen Wizard that was not automatically opening the Required Events screen.
   
3. Added a warning message when creating a case when the Agency and Agency Report Number matches to an existence case.
