Release Notes: STAC3 – Beta 4

IMPORTANT Notice:

Agencies will need to upgrade their STAC 2 to the latest version, 2.85.0, prior to upgrading STAC 3 to Beta 4 version.

Agencies will need to upgrade the Report Runner application to 0.6.0 version.

Improvements:

Case

1. Fixed issues on the List Mode related to a case that was removed reappearing and a record (image, event, etc..) being added to a case that is not selected.
   
2. Improved layout of the Case Card/Case tab to better fit the information horizontally and added the UCN.
   

Charge

1. Fixed issue with inactive statute variables showing on the Variables panel.
   

Communication

1. Renamed “Phone Call” option to “Voice Message”.
   

Dashboard

1. Renamed widget “My Cases Opened Per Year” to “My Open Cases Per Year”.
   
2. Cleared the instruction for the New Assigned and Reassigned widgets.
   

Directory

1. Changed the Main flag checked by default when adding an Address/Phone.
   
2. Fixed issue with Directory header not getting updated after Profile, Detail, Address, Email or Phone change.
   
3. Fixed issue on the length of the directory fields.
   
4. Fixed issue on the Directory Type filter that was not allowing to filter by code.
   
5. Fixed issue the error message to a warning when adding a leave that matches to an event.
   

Event

1. Fixed issue that was not auto populating the Relationship Name.
   

Image

1. Fixed issue on the consolidation to a single PDF.
   
2. Fixed issue on the Content Search that was not working properly.
   
3. Fixed the sorting icons on the Icon view mode.
   
4. Fixed the double horizontal bar on the Folder panel.
   
5. Improved message when file cannot be previewed.
   
6. Improved folders to be alphabetically sorted.
   

Merge

1. Fixed issue on the relationship email selection when document is checked to Delivery Paperless.
   
2. Fixed issue to copy/paste some elements on the Document.
   
3. Fixed underlined signature issue.
   
4. Added a ruler on the Document Editor.
   
5. Added an auto save on the Document Editor.
   

My STAC

1. Fixed issue with Advanced Search option on Image Review not working in small resolutions.
   
2. Added “Duplicated” column on My Hyperlink Center grid to identify images that are already on the case.
   
3. Added “Dt Review Assign”, “Rev. Rel. Type”, “Rev. Dir. Type” columns on the My Image Review grid.
   
4. Added “Defendant Name” column on the My Request grid.
   
5. Added a search header bar on My Notification screen.
   

Relationship

1. Fixed security issue when sending email to a relationship.
   
2. Added ability to Edit Profile, Details and Email when adding a relationship from the Directory Search screen.
   
3. Added ability to Add/Edit/Delete Address or Phone when adding a relationship from the Directory Search screen.
   
4. Added ability to auto relate a directory when the search returns a unique match.
   

Report

1. Added new function to add Case/Directory hyperlink.
   
2. Added the “Duplicated Images by Case” report to identify duplicated images.
   

UI

1. Fixed issue with sorting grids not being preserved.
   
2. Fixed issue with double-click edit not working when column grid is grouped.
   
3. Fixed issue to copy the hyperlink fields (e.g. Defendant Name on the header, Case number on the Case List, etc.).
   
4. Added an option to sort more than one column.
   
5. Improve the multi selection mode, to not show the checkbox as default and work with CTRL and SHIFT (range) to select multiple records.
   

Wizards

1. Fixed issue with length of the fields when adding an event.
   
2. Fixed issue with filtering the Agency dropdown by code.
