Can I copy a Note from one case to another case?
Yes, users can copy Notes from one case to another case.
It is important to note that users can add multiple notes to a singles case. However, Users can not add notes to multiple cases at the same time.
When a user is copying notes to a different case, it does not remove any notes from the original case.
How to Copy notes to other cases?
Steps:
- Add the case that will receive the image to the case list.
- Select the note or multiple notes from the Note tab
- Drag and drop the Note to the receiving case
