Profile - Update Information

Users can maintain their contact information that allows CIP to reach you by phone or e-mail.

1. Browse to your profile on the navigation bar and select View Profile.

2. Select Manage Profile on the left-menu.

3. Click on the Edit Profile button.


4. On the form, you can update your Display Name, Email, Mobile Phone, Phone (Office Phone) and Time Zone. Click on the Save button when you are done.


Notes
The Display Name field is important because it is how users identify you on forum topics and tickets.
