How to use the Query Screen?

When to use the Query Screen?

The Query screen allows end-users to search for cases using several combinations of fields.
There are multiple sections in the query screens where users can combine Relationships, Events, Case Status, and Charges to find cases inside the system if the user does not know all the information to search for a case.

Where to access the Query Screen?

The Query is located in the Cases and in the Directory. The option is located on the header of the screen. 

How to search using the Query Screen?

The Query is organized by area, so it is easier to search. Simply select the header to see the available search fields and select Search once all of the fields the user needs to search are added.
