For users to see if a case has any related cases, they will be able to see that information in the Case tab or the Case Card. Users can link cases or separate the link cases through the Wizard.
Linked cases do not transfer any information from either case. On the case tab, there is a section that shows cases that are related for users to easily be able to access these related cases.
To link cases, go to: Right click menu on Case list > More > Related > Link Cases
The screen below will open to allow the user to select which will be the main case of the linked cases.
Once the user selects Link, we will be able to see that the cases are linked either through the Case tab or the Case Card
Users have the ability to separate cases that they have linked together previously. Users will need to separate the case by selecting the non-main case before going to the Wizard.
To separate linked cases, go to: Right click menu on Case list > More > Related > Split Cases

Once the user selects “Ok”, the cases will be removed from the linked/consolidated cases section on the Case tab and Case Card.
