How to interact with files stored in the CIP Storage?

STAC is able to automatically store files and/or folders in the CIP Portal. The files can be in an agencies data folder or linked to another network location.

Interacting with files stored in the CIP Storage

Emailing, Discovering and Sharing via CIP Portal

Any file that is stored in the CIP Portal can be sent by email, exchange, or shared via Portal. The file will be downloaded automatically, decrypted, and then sent.

Deleting Images that are in Storage

Images stored in the CIP Portal have an extra layer of protection when it comes to deletion. The users will be asked to type ‘Delete’ in order to proceed.
