What is the CIP Portal Status Search?
This is where users can view all items across all services sent to CIP Portal. Users will be able to see the file, the status of the action for the record, and errors associated to the record.
To access the search, go to: Search > CIP Portal Status Search
How to filter on the CIP Portal Status Search?
Users are able to use any of the search fields to find the record they are looking for in STAC.
Users can use the Clear button to clear the search filters and start a new search.

| Filter | Description |
|---|
| Portal Status | Indicates the Status based on whether the Portal is waiting for the file, sent if the portal has received the file, completed if the portal has finished the uploading process. (This option ONLY works for Media Analysis, CMS and Link Parser), or if the file was Rejected, and Voided due to an error. |
| Upload Status | Indicates the transaction status of the upload process of the file |
| Download Status | Indicates the transaction status when an archived file is asked to be downloaded/previewed. (only for Archive Storage) |
| Portal Type | Indicates the type of action, so users can filter specifically for Storage, CMS, Link Parser, Text messages, and much more |
| Recipients | Indicates the recipient of the file(s) |
| Date Created | Indicates the date the file(s) were created to help narrow down the search |
| Incident No | Indicates the incident number associated to the file(s), which allows users to see all of the file(s) for that specific incident for File shares, Forms, Text messages, and Voice messages |
| Directory | When searching with a Directory, STAC will bring back all of the cases that this Directory was a relationship that had a File shares, Forms, Text messages, and Voice messages |
| Downloaded | Indicates if the recipient has downloaded the file(s) from the Portal |
How to track the upload status of records?
There are a couple of fields users can use to help show what is being uploaded and its progress.

| Upload megabytes total | Total file size that will be sent to CIP Portal (in mb) |
| Upload megabytes transferred | Total size transferred to CIP Portal so far (in mb) |
| Dt upload modified | Last time part of the file was uploaded |
| Upload progress | Displays the percentage of completion
|
