The form search is where users can view forms that have been sent out through STAC.
Users are also able to view the answers from the form and update STAC directly from the form search screen.
To access the form search, go to: Searches > Form Search
Users can use the form template and the form status to filter through the forms.
Once the form is selected users can:
- Complete the forms that are set to be reviewed
- View the form details
- View the answers
- Update STAC with the answers from the form
