How to Email a record from the Image tab?
Introduction
As more circuits decide to go paperless, emailing becomes very important. There may come a time when a user needs to email an image or document to a Relationship on the case or even a Private Attorney.
How to email a record from the Image Tab?
To email an image or document, go to: Image tab >select record > right click menu > Email
Users will need to add their recipient and select an email template. Users are not required to add any messages in the comment section.

The email templates that are displayed in the drop down come from the Email/message Templates code table with a category=Image
Who can receive the email from the Image Tab?
The users can select from the Relationships in the case, search the directory, or add an email that is not in STAC.
Users will not be allowed to select a relationship that does not have an email setup in the directory.
