How to add a reviewer in the Image tab?

Introduction

The add reviewer button in the image tab allows users to add another employee to review the document or Image. It makes it possible for the users to add a reviewer without being in any workflow.

When a user is adding a reviewer all they need to do is select the User’s name from the drop down and it is optional to add a comment to explain why or what they are reviewing.

The new reviewer will get notified that they have a new image to review because the My STAC will light up the My Image Review.

How to Add a Reviewer?

To add a reviewer, go to: Image tab > select the record > Right click to see the Options > Add Reviewer

Reviewers should only be employees. So, the Send To field will only populate A directory type that has the Employee parameter checked and their directory has an Active username.

The log on the right in the Detail section will show users if there has been any rejections or approvals, and who the document/images have been sent to.
