What can I bookmark?
Users have the ability to bookmark Events, Relationships, Notes and Images from their respective tabs, and also on the Image Review screen.
How to bookmark in STAC?
To bookmark an item, select the Star icon next to the record.
Users will know a record is bookmarked because the star icon will turn yellow.
Once users select the star icon to bookmark a record, the user will be required to set a Bookmark Type, this allows the users to keep the bookmark tab organized. The user will also have the ability to add a comment or set the Bookmark as Private.
If a bookmark is set as private, only the user that added it to the Bookmark Tab will be able to view that record in the Bookmark Tab.
How to edit bookmarked records?
Users can edit the Bookmark information directly from the Bookmark tab, or on the actual record itself by hovering over the yellow star on the Tab. To edit, select the pencil icon, to delete the bookmark and have it removed from the bookmark tab select the trash icon.
By selecting the Trash icon that is related to the Bookmark, STAC is only removing the record from the Bookmark Tab. STAC is NOT deleting the record from the tab!
How to Download or Print Images from the Bookmark Tab?
In the Bookmark tab use the right click menu to see the download and print options. The download and print option are only available for Images that are bookmarked.
