When are the "Apply All Cases/Relationships" checkbox available on Merge?
The "Apply All Cases" and "Apply All Relationships" checkbox are part of the Merge process, however they are not always active or available to be checked. Please check below the rules for each one of them.
When will the "Apply All Cases" checkbox be available on Merge?
The "Apply All Cases" checkbox will ONLY be active when multiple cases are being merged at the same time. Also, only for variables that the variable type are: CODE SELECT, USER SAVED CASES SELECT, CASE VARIABLE or INPUT VARIABLE.
When will the "Apply All Relationships" checkbox be available on Merge?
The "Apply All Relationships" checkbox will ONLY be active for documents that are RELATIONSHIP type. Also, only for variables that the variable type are: CODE SELECT, USER SAVED CASES SELECT, CASE VARIABLE, INPUT VARIABLE, EVENT SELECT, EVENT SELECT FUTURE or EVENT SELECT PAST.
