How to send a Form through the Relationship Tab?

How to send a Form through the Relationship Tab?

Users are able to send questionnaires or request files through the CIP portal from the relationship tab. The relationship needs to have an email associated with it to be able to use this function.

A valid CIP Portal subscription is required
To send a form to a relationship tab Select the relationship(s) > Right click Menu > CIP Portal > Send Form
Then users will see the recipients selected on the top, then they may choose which form template they are going to send.
Info
Users are able to send the form to one or multiple recipients, but they must be selected before choosing the Send form option. 
Once a form is completed, the answers will be available in the Form tab.
