How to add an address from the Relationship Tab?
Introduction
The relationship tab interacts with other sections in STAC such as the Directory. To minimize how many steps it would take to add an address. STAC has an option in the relationship tab that allows user to add a new address to that relationship's directory.
A user may need to add a new address to a relationship in a case and there are a few ways to do that.
- A user could go through the Directory's address tab
- The Relationship tab
How to add an address from the Relationship Tab?
To Add an address directly in the Relationship tab, Select the relationship > Right click menu > More > Directory > Add Address
Then, the screen will appear and allow the user to add a new address to the individuals Directory. From this screen if the Agency has the CIP Portal, they will also be able to Validate the address before saving it.
By default, the screen will appear blank so the user can add a new address. If users need to edit a current address they will need to go into the Directory.
Once the user Saves the new address, if it is the Main address, it will be displayed in the Detail section and the Directory Card.
This address is not only added in the Relationship level, but the address gets added to the Directory too.Related Articles
