1. Suggestion for change of meeting agenda
- Suggested to change the meeting format to still get any questions or concerns addressed by any agency but to use this time to show how a specific area works or tips on best use.
- If there are any issues, please send a ticket for those bugs or questions to be addressed
- All Agencies agreed that this new meeting format is a good idea going forward
2. Rollout of STAC TOOL
- When can agencies expect to get access to the Upload Center and Linked Folders once upgraded to the latest STAC version?
- Once upgraded to the latest Version of STAC 2 and 3 send us a ticket and someone will contact your agency to roll out the STAC Tool
3. Demonstrated/Discussed Merging and Editing Documents
- Demonstrated how to flag documents as a Favorite Document so it is easily accessible without having to search long lists.
- When merging documents, we show the preview of the template in the right side panel to make sure users are merging the correct Document
- Shortcuts available on Pending Review Screen: When holding the ALT key STAC will show users a preview of what shortcuts are available. CIP is working on bringing more shortcuts in the future.
- When Editing a Document, In the right panel STAC shows the Document details, Case Card, and the history of the documents.
- The History tab allows users to see previous versions of the document, compare previous documents, and even restore a previous version of the document.
- Demonstrated if a user is editing a document and they accidentally close the browser or network issues occur and STAC closes on you while working. When the user logs back into STAC and goes to the Pending Review and edits the document, STAC will prompt a message asking, “Do you want to restore the unsaved changes” and if the user selects “Yes” then the latest changes are restored.
- If there is a server issue and the system cannot save the document to the Server, STAC will not be able to Save the document until there is a secure connection to the server. This is a security mechanism to make sure the document is saved and able to be restored.
- Attorneys can communicate with other attorneys or support staff through the Document editor screen by adding comments.

4. CIP wants to find a way to help train agencies users
- We currently have the Knowledge Base but end users do not have access to this information
- We are considering having basic training for end users to connect and do basic training for each agency
- A lot of agencies like this idea so we will start coordinating a training for the end users and will reach out to the Agencies to schedule

Q: When will each agency get access to the linked folder and upload center after upgrading to the latest STAC version?
A: Agencies can send a ticket and someone from our team will get in contact with you to schedule.
Q: Wants a select ALL option in the User Query, currently they must select each one
A: It is on our list of tickets to address in the future.
Q: When duplicating cases, it does not pull the Class and is not a field the user can add on the Duplicating Wizard.
A: Submit a ticket and we can evaluate adding the Class and Department to the Duplication wizard.
Q: Is there an indication in the document that there is a comment on the document without opening the comment screen?
A: Currently, there is not an indication there is a comment, but this is something we can add.
Q: When there is document with multiple versions, which one is sent and submitted?
A: STAC always send the Current version of the document.

Q: Is there a way to show the variable in the document so the user can see where this information is being added? So, the User can see the input variable and where the text is going to be added within the template.
A: Currently, this is not an option. CIP will investigate and see if there is something we can do to help users visually see where the variable is going to be added within a document. This might be difficult because Relationship documents will create multiple documents for different people and could cause more confusion.
Q: She wants to shrink to fit to fit multiple pages into one page like Microsoft Word.
A: In STAC we are limited to browser shortcuts and does not work the same way it works in Microsoft Word.
Q: What options do we have to print envelopes, since STAC cannot print the envelope in the correct format?
A: The editor is able to format the Envelope, but STAC is still limited to the printing format from the browser which may not support the Envelope format. A possible workaround is going to be to export to Word and print envelopes to Word. However, this is not a recommended method because any changes made in Word is not going to be saved in STAC.
Q: Can there be an option to Print to Word?
A: This is not an option. We are trying to discontinue the dependency on Word because there are too many issues with licensing and troubleshooting that is based on Word and not STAC.
