| Scoresheet years to import | This field indicates the maximum age of a previous scoresheet that will be imported into a Scoresheet. 0 means no limits |
| Scoresheet import charges from open cases | Indicates if the system will read charges from other open cases for the same defendant |
When creating a new scoresheet, STAC will automatically import charges from previous cases into the Prior records in section IV. In order to import these charges, the system will look for charges on closed cases with a “guilty” disposition action.
To access these configurations: Setup > Codes > Disposition Action > Edit
By default, the system uses count 1 as the charge listed on Additional offenses in Section II of the scoresheet. If this field is checked, then the system will use the Charge level to determine the charge that will be listed on the Additional offenses in Section II
