To prevent potential data loss, it is essential that all agencies apply the STAC 3.3 patch that was sent out on 2/16/2026
Today we have released a patch to correct an issue with the Directory module when updating Details that was cleaning values in the Profile tab such as Hair, Eye Color, Disability, Heigh, Weight, Ethnicity, Race, Sex, Citizenship.
To avoid any data loss in the Directory it is very important for users to update their STAC 3 Database with this 3.3 Patch AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
This does not require any changes or update to STAC 2, make sure your STAC 2 version is 2.88.2 before running this STAC 3 upgrade.
