When a new case just opens in STAC, does it show as O/O (open-unfiled) or O/OF (open-filed) on your platform? It is controlled by a configuration setting.

At PD17, STAC starts our cases as O/OF, but since majority of them are open from the magistrate docket, they need to be manually forced back to O/O using a custom event.

Before we consider changing the default, hope to hear how others configured their STAC, and whether they are happy with their choice.
