A few circuits are having issues installing STAC 3 RC-1-1. CIP is aware that there is an issue with the installer and we are working on a solution. We hope to have the correction available by the end of the day tomorrow 10/15/25.

The version and the tickets in the release notes are not affected. The issue is specifically with the installer.

We will send an email or an announcement to let STAC 3 agencies know when the updated installer is available.
