Our merged documents change fonts or styling in STAC 3 but not in STAC 2. Why?
A: It’s almost always Word Styles colliding across the main template and sub-templates (statute blocks, jury instructions, etc.). STAC 3’s server merge is stricter.
Fix: Remove/flatten styles: Clear All formatting, set explicit fonts/sizes in the template body and sub-templates; avoid Normal/Heading styles. Re-test.

Can we copy a directory name directly from the Directory grid?
A: A bug currently prevents selecting just the name. Fix will enable copy. Workarounds now:
· Open Directory Card (blue toolbar) and copy there, or
· Click Relationship → Details and copy the Name field.

Our users copy the case header to email subjects, but the status splits the name in STAC 3. Can we improve this?
A: Logged. CIP will explore:
· A “Copy Subject” helper that formats: CLERK# – Defendant First Last – Case Type (no status), and/or
· A context right-click → Copy Subject on the case header.

Image Evidence: Can filters persist when navigating away and back?
A: Not yet. The tab auto-clears filters to avoid “why don’t I see files?” confusion. Enhancement logged to add sticky filters (per tab/session).

Why can’t we enter dates beyond 2099 (purge/destruction)? And hand-typing a year doesn’t save.
A: The current date mask caps the calendar and typed years. That’s a bug; fix is planned to allow ≥2100 where policy requires. Next step: CIP requested each circuit’s purge/destruction rules (misd/felony/JV/sex/murder; “+1 year past sentence,” etc.) to implement rules-driven events and prevent risky 12/31/9999 placeholders.
