Questions & Answers
Q: Why doesn’t the disposition reason list appear during event
disposition?
A: This is a known bug tracked since December 30 and is confirmed to be
fixed in the upcoming release.
Q: Why do merged documents show inconsistent fonts?
A: The issue is caused by embedded Word styles, not font size. Removing
styles from documents is recommended.
Q: Can images be added directly to a specific folder?
A: Yes. Selecting a folder first before using Add Image or drag-and-drop
will place files into that folder.
Q: Can I drag and drop entire folders with subfolders?
A: Yes. STAC 3 supports drag-and-drop of full folder structures,
preserving subfolders and file organization.
Q: Is “Select All” coming for user queries?
A: Not in the next release; the feature has been postponed.
Q: When will more admin features be available in STAC 3?
A: Admin enhancements will begin rolling out after the next release.
Q: Why does CIP emphasize user communication around new
features?
A: Without targeted communication, users tend to continue legacy STAC 2
workflows and miss STAC 3 efficiencies
