A: Yes, On the Request Search screen users can multi-select cases > right‑click > Open selected cases.
Q: When copying images into a case that already has some, can non‑duplicates copy while duplicates are listed instead of blocking the whole action?
A: This is under review by CIP to find the best method to show the duplicates in a log that can be referenced.
Q: After “Save & Add Another” on Add Image, the first keystroke in Type/Subtype sometimes doesn’t register—why?
A: Likely a focus issue; ticket was created, and CIP will reproduce/fix the issue.
Q: On the Pending Docs screen, the green confirmation box briefly blocks the Close (X). Can it be dismissed faster or moved?
A: Yes. Clicking directly on the green confirmation box will dismiss it immediately, so you don’t have to wait for it to time out.
Q: Can the Preview view be the default instead of Custom?
A: The default is configured to be the user’s last view. So, if a user is on the Custom view and then leaves the page, when they return to the page the default view will be the Custom view.
Q: Can a non-administrator user select Custom view of Summary tab?
A: It is a bug that CIP is aware, the correction is coming on the next version.
