(Creating this in the General category since it kind of touches on Cases, Relationships, and Directories.)
I just received some feedback by our STAC 3 pilot group asking about opening Directory records.
They say they love the right-click options that are available as shortcuts for certain directory functions on the case Relationships tab, but find that they have to go through several mouse clicks to open the actual Directory record.
- Click the row on the Relationships listing to load that info in the Details area
- Click the name in the Details area to open the Directory card
- Click the View Directory link on the card to finally open the directory record
They asked if there was a more direct way to open the Directory record from the case, and unless I am as blind as they are, I also do not see a way to do this.
If such a method already exists, would someone please explain how it is done?
If a method does not already exist, would others also find value in having another option in the right-click menu to open the full Directory record instead of the card?
As a side note, one of the primary reasons they want to open the full Directory record is to look at any party-specific Notes there.
Instead of, or perhaps in addition to, that extra right-click option, would it be possible to add the Directory Notes to that card?
