It has come to our attention that there is a bug in the latest STAC 2 release (2.90.0 and 2.90.1) that is affecting the ability to merge zip codes that have more than 5 digits. The Zip codes with 9 digits are merging incorrectly and are missing the last digit.

This patch (2.90.2) will also correct the Script errors a few agencies have been receiving during the upgrade process. 

For agencies that have STAC 3, this will not require any additional upgrade on STAC 3, this only applies for the STAC 2 Environments.
